Las Colinas HOA
Our Florida golf community, like most executive golf communities, has special amenities (clubhouse, pool, golf, tennis, skeet shooting, fine dining, and casual restaurants, etc.) and has a property management firm managing their HOA. We are proud of our long association with Empire Management Group, and as you can see from our current archives, they are excellent at keeping our community standards as high as possible.
Our golf course community and amenities require us to have a licensed CAM (property manager) and we have one of the best. Since HOA fees accompany most every golf community real estate purchase, we would like to help you educate yourself about them and you’ll be able to make important, informed decisions.
Please take a moment to check out our HOA history and please take a glance at our real estate videos to learn more about this diminishing opportunity to live in one of the best golf communities in Florida.
Due to the current pandemic, our offices are currently closed, but we are actively working from our homes to continue to support you. As the call and email volumes are currently very high, please expect a short delay in responses.
