The upcoming dinner features limited-edition selections from a few of the respected labels under the Jackson Family Wines umbrella, including La Crema, Matanzas Creek, Freemark Abbey, and Jackson Estate. These wines will be matched with five delectable courses prepared by Mission Inn Resort’s talented executive chef, Billy Connolly, including a brown butter scallop salad and pan-seared bison ribeye with Jackson Estate Cabernet demi-glace. An ambassador for Jackson Family Wines, Kevin Callanan, will be on hand to discuss the exceptional wines that have been selected to marry perfectly with each course.
