Alisa and Darren became Mr. and Mrs. on one of Central Florida’s most beautiful days.
After getting ready in Mission Inn Resort’s wedding ready rooms, Alisa met Darren in an isolated location for an intimate first look. As Darren saw his beautiful bride for the first time in her white, strapless, beaded wedding dress and her white high heels with “I do” on the bottoms, he couldn’t hold back his tears of joy.
On top of the gorgeous green grass, blue sky, and small background at Plaza de la Fontana the couple chose to create a tall, wooden cross decorated with fresh roses for behind the alter. Alisa’s dearest friends wore formal, strapless, navy blue bridesmaid dresses and held small, white bouquets. Darren’s groomsmen wore dark gray suits with blue accents and white boutonnieres.
After Darren kissed his bride and the couple became one, the couple had their photos taken with a twist. The groom used his career resources and landed a helicopter on Mission Inn Resort property to make for an amazing and unique photo opportunity.
Keeping with the theme, the couple gave compasses and other helicopter themed tokens as gifts to their guests. The round tables at the reception were topped with white table cloths and navy blue napkins with fresh flowers as centerpieces. To end their perfect wedding day, the newly married couple toasted, shared a slice of four-tiered, white, embellished wedding cake, and danced the night away with friends and family.
