At Mission Inn Resort, each couple is assigned their own individual Venue Coordinator (NOT to be confused with wedding planner). Their job is to connect each couple with all things Mission Inn!
They work with couples to refer vendors for things we don’t provide (like photography, band/DJ, flowers, officiants and wedding cake). They work with couples to set up your Food Tasting (yes, booked couples enjoy a complimentary food tasting for the couple and two guests) to select the food to be served at your wedding reception.
They’re also there for anything you might want to add on or upgrade for your wedding – adding some color by upgrading your napkins or linen, maybe chair covers and sashes or a chiavari ballroom chair. Not to mention adding things onto your reception like Sushi Stations, Seasonal Sangria Bars or After Party Munchies.
How about fun things for your guests here at Mission Inn? They can assist with Rehearsal Dinners or Welcome Receptions, Golf Outings on one of our two beautiful championship courses, Trap and Skeet Shooting ( yes, we have our own rifle range, shotguns and awesome range master); as well as Mani Pedi Parties at Mission Inn’s Spa Marbella or even boating on Like Harris.
Most importantly, on your wedding day they are thee working behind the scenes with our Banquet Captains and our staff to make sure everything is set up and on point for the amazing team of wedding vendors you have hired to do what they do best.
