Cupid is drawing back his bow and his arrows are pointing the way to Mission Inn Resort! Our talented culinary team has drawn up an extravagant five-course dinner menu that will be offered Friday through Sunday of Valentine’s weekend, and Sunday features the celebrated Valentine’s Grand Brunch Buffet! What better way to show how much you care than by bringing your special someone to Mission Inn for a lavish dining experience?
Cozy up with your valentine on the weekend evening of your choice to indulge in a five-course meal that will tantalize your taste buds. The dining adventure begins with baked brie and fresh berries, followed by rich and creamy crab and roasted corn soup and a Caesar stacked salad. Then feast on the main course that pairs the best of land and sea — bacon-wrapped filet mignon, and lobster and spinach roulade. Round out this special dinner with a special dessert — dark chocolate red raspberry ganache cake. This amazing five-course meal is priced at $78 per guest, plus tax and service charge. For guests who prefer to pick and choose, the items also are priced a la carte.
At the Valentine’s Grand Brunch Buffet on Feb. 14, choose from an abundance of delicious selections sure to please any palate. Start with crab and corn bisque, for example, and then visit the Seafood & Shrimp Boat Station where you’ll find an array of fresh and smoked treats from the sea. Move on to the chef’s carving stations serving roasted Black Angus prime rib of beef and glazed country ham with cranberry relish. What’s more, there are lots of additional entrees, sides, and salads to round out your meal! Or keep it traditional with breakfast and brunch fare featuring perennial favorites such as fresh seasonal fruit, pastries, eggs benedict, and omelets made to order – plus a Belgian Waffle Station!
Drink a toast to this day set aside for lovers with endless house champagne or mimosas that are included with the brunch!
This special Valentine’s brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14. It is priced at $54.99 per guest, and $22.99 for children ages 5-12, plus tax and service charge. As always, there is no charge for children ages 4 and younger.
