Mission Inn Resort’s talented culinary team has drawn up a menu featuring flavor-packed dishes from land and sea to pair perfectly with the Marlin & Barrel spirits chosen specially for this event. The evening’s meal begins with a grilled venison lettuce wrap paired with gin and tonic, followed by roasted red pepper bisque with a jumbo grilled sea scallop that’s paired with a smoked pepper vodka bloody Caesar. You’ll enjoy an intermezzo of Marlin & Barrel Blossom Orangecello sorbet as you reflect on the satisfying beginning and anticipate what is yet to come – a hearty entrée of peppercorn-encrusted New York strip steak with oyster mushroom ragout served with a Shoreline Whiskey Old-Fashioned, topped off by a decadent dessert of dark chocolate flourless cake paired with a Bearing Espresso Rum Cappuccino Cocktail. Wow! And there will be a special raffle for dinner guests.
