Enjoy a five course dinner with wine pairings while overlooking the beautiful Plaza de la Fontana at El Conquistador Restaurant. The elegant menu and perfectly pair wines ensure a memorable dining experience. Executive Chef Billy Connolly will be creating memorable dishes from an extensive culinary repertoire and Master Wine Maker Howard Bursen who has worked with Sharpe Hill to produce wines which have received over 350 awards for excellence in national and international competitions, will explain each wine course by course.
