Join us on the 25th for ‘Whiskey & War Stories’ at 6 p.m. with founding members of this patriotic brand owned and operated by American war heroes and veterans. Dinner to follow at 7 p.m. with an artfully-crafted, four-course pairing menu. Guests will enjoy tasting five different whiskey batches produced by the brand, as well a delicious lineup of accompanying dishes to include Porcini Dusted Diver Sea Scallops, Herb Seared Chilean Seabass, and a Mixed Grill of Quail, Duck Breast, and Colorado Lamb Rack Chops. The evening will end on a sweet note with Gianduja Chocolate and Gold Irish cream Truffles.
