Each service will begin with a thorough consultation to address any concerns or sensitivities with the nails or skin. Next, you’ll be asked your preference of nail shape and length which will be achieved through professional clipping, filing, and buffing of the nail plate and pushing back dry cuticles to encourage healthy growth and integrity of the nails. Exfoliation is incorporated into the treatment in order to slough off any dead surface skin cells to reveal softer, smoother skin. When combined with a hydrating oil or rich lotion, a foot massage can instantly de-stress tired feet by increasing blood flow and relaxing the muscles and pressure points of the foot and lower leg region of your body.

Should you decide to wear polish, it’s very important to change the polish every 4-6 weeks to avoid drying out the nail plate which can result in white or discolored areas, flaking, or peeling of the nail. Regular pedicures can help prevent complications and maintain the health of your toes; especially here in Florida where we are always wearing flip flops!
