Mission Inn Welcomes New Chef

A new executive chef has taken the helm at Mission Inn Resort. Chef Michael McBride will head up the resort’s talented culinary team and work to elevate the resort’s four restaurants to the next level.

Chef McBride draws on years of experience at a number of resorts across the Sunshine State. He most recently served as executive chef at the Sheraton Panama City Beach Resort, where he reconceptualized and reopened the resort’s food and beverage operations after Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Prior to joining the Sheraton, Chef McBride’s extensive experience includes stints at numerous other quality restaurants and resorts such as the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, the Palencia Club in St. Augustine, and the Club at Hammock Beach.

Mission Inn welcomes our new top chef and the expertise and perspective he brings to this leadership position. Come visit one of our restaurants and taste the difference for yourself!
