Chef Ciero studied at the California Culinary Academy and has extensive experience that spans coast to coast, including stints at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown in upstate New York and at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel & Spa in the San Francisco Bay Area. At both properties, Chef Ciero was instrumental in helping them receive and retain AAA Four Diamond ratings.
