Meal preparation is taking a healthier turn at Mission Inn Resort under the leadership of new Executive Chef Mark Zollo. Chef Zollo is changing menus to focus on fresh and unprocessed foods; he eschews additives and prefers to cook salt-free.
Mission Inn’s chefs have a robust herb and vegetable garden on property and take pride in going out each day to pick greens to give that day’s meals the freshest flair. The garden is chock-full of savory herbs including basil, oregano, parsley, Italian parsley, and cilantro, plus green onions and other vegetables.
Let us serve you a meal with flavors fresh from our garden to your table! La Hacienda restaurant is open and serving takeout selections from limited menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus daily food and wine specials. You still can enjoy such menu favorites as Australian lamb chops, Scottish salmon filet, house-made lump crab cakes, and lobster bisque en croute. Or keep it simple with a fresh salad or made-to-order pizza!
Take advantage of our complimentary curbside pickup, or enjoy your meal or snack on property as long as you abide by social distancing guidelines — sit in the sun or shade of one of our beautiful courtyards or dine at poolside. Alcoholic beverages are available too!
