An Evening of Fine Food and Wine

Your wait is over! Another of the popular gourmet food and wine pairings dinners is planned March 14 at Mission Inn Resort!

This special Saturday evening dinner event features superb limited-edition wines from Midnight Cellars Winery and Vineyard in Paso Robles, Calif. Join Midnight owner and winemaker Rich Hartenberger, new Mission Inn executive chef Mark Zollo, and director of food and beverage David Trotter for an exceptional dining experience at El Conquistador Restaurant.

The five-course wine pairings dinner includes a second course of lobster ravioli served with chardonnay and a main course of a tri-medallion of beef, veal, and lamb served with black truffle mashed potatoes and chef’s fresh seasonal vegetable and paired with Midnight Cellars’ Gemini Reserve Red. A dessert course of dark, milk, and white chocolates and berries is perfectly paired with the rich Gemini Port to perfectly punctuate an exceptional dining experience.
