The Beucher Family, owners, and operators of the Mission Inn Resort & Club for 55 years are aware of the need to be vigilant on behalf of all staff, members, and guests. Taking care of the customer has been the cornerstone of the Resort and Club’s culture since 1964.
All of us are now facing an unprecedented time in our county’s history, with the focus of our nation being on the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19). Rest assured, the Mission Inn Resort & Club’s main goal will continue to be our commitment to provide excellent customer service and the delivery of amazing guest experiences when taking care of our group business and individual travelers during this period of time.
Mission Inn Resort will continue to be OPEN FOR BUSINESS and is fully operational until such time we determine that conditions are such that we are ordered to close as the result of government action. Meanwhile, we are committed to serving our customers!
To achieve our mission of safety for all, we have initiated precautionary measures to protect our team and our customers from the virus. We are closely following all C.D.C, W.H.O, state, and local health authority recommendations.
We have instituted mandatory operational checklists to make sure all work areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized frequently. We are providing anti-bacterial soap in handwashing stations and alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout all areas of the Resort & Club. Additionally, we have significantly enhanced our resort-wide sanitation efforts with the primary focus to increase the frequency of cleaning hard surfaces beyond our normal routines, particularly points of common contact like elevators, doorknobs and light switches, etc. Furthermore, in the kitchens, our food handlers and servers are trained on proper handwashing techniques and are wearing gloves when preparing our delicious food.
The goal is for our employees and customers to feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our facilities as conditions continue to evolve and well after this crisis subsides.
We feel confident that our state and local community will be back to normal very soon, and we plan on being open and responsive to your meeting and travel needs for years to come.
