Mission Inn Resort has a new Food and Beverage director! Carlos Miranda brings a fresh approach to the job and has some delicious surprises in store for Mission Inn guests!
Carlos worked for Mission Inn for more than two years before his recent promotion. He says he enjoys the creative part of food and beverage that his new position affords him and loves to see guests’ reaction to kitchen creations.
Carlos says he’s excited about change and growth in his department, and also about entertaining new thoughts and ideas. He wants to re-energize Mission Inn’s talented culinary staff, some of whom have been at the resort for many years. In his department, everyone has a voice. “We do it together,” Carlos says.
