Ms. Augustine will bring excellent selections from her family’s Broman Cellars in Helena, Calif., to serve with five delicious courses from land and sea that are specially prepared to pair exquisitely with the wines. The menu for the evening includes coquilles St.-Jacques salad served with sauvignon blanc and bone-in filet mignon served with cabernet sauvignon. As a special treat, a merlot from the Broman Family Private Library will be paired with a decadent white chocolate mousse to top off the meal.
